We offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be in new and unworn condition with its original packaging. Earrings are not eligible due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty. Kindly note that engraved pieces are not eligible for exchanges and refunds. All shipping fees associated with the exchange or return will be borne by our customers.

All refunded amount will be given as store credits only with no expiry. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

Sales items are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
